Automatic Correlation Rules Development course will provide both general and technical information of the Netrac FaM correlation environment as well as a basic and fundamental knowledge of ILOG rules language, and its implementation within TTI Telecom’s Netrac FaM module.

 

  • Objectives & Outline

    Course graduates will be able to design and implement expert system-based (IF-Then rules) correlation scenarios, for local network failures’ alarms correlation, using ILOG rules technological infrastructure.

    Course Outline:

    • Review Netrac alarms generation process & characteristics.
    • Introduce Netrac correlation solution.
    • Introduce Correlator ES rules infrastructure and concepts.
    • Describe Correlator ES architecture and data flow.
    • Review ILOG Rules language and algorithm basics.
    • Design and develop a Correlator ES correlation scenario.
    • Configure and troubleshoot Correlator ES.
