Installation and Basic Configuration course will provide experienced system integrators with the tools and expertise to install, configure and perform day-to-day administration tasks of Netrac server and database, and prepare the system for implementation and initial use.

    Course graduates will be able to install Netrac Gold server and database package, and execute initial configuration activities, to prepare the system for initial use and implementation.

    Course Outline:

    • Introduce Netrac Service Management solution architecture and key features.
    • Describe Netrac platform infrastructure technology.
    • Review Netrac Gold server architecture and configuration file.
    • Install Netrac Gold Server and database.
    • Install Netrac ISM web server.
    • Install Netrac clients.
    • Configure and administer Netrac web server.
    • Define Netrac groups and users.
    • Implement security policies and authorization.
    • Connect Netrac to data sources.
    • Install and activate Netrac libraries.
