Corrective Action Implementation course will train system administrators and implementers on how to define corrective actions for active alarms and associate them with these corresponding alarms.

    Course graduates will be able to associate repeated and symptomatic network problems, with appropriate corrective actions in an automatic or semi-automatic mode, based on their experience and network knowledge.

    • Netrac alarms generation process & characteristics.
    • Describe FaultPro architecture and interfaces.
    • Distinguish between corrective actions modes.
    • Associate corrective action with Netrac alarms.
    • Execute a corrective action for an active alarm.
    • Configure and troubleshoot FaultPro.
