Overview

The market demands that Communication Service Providers (CSPs) implement Next Generation networks together with wireless and wireline voice networks. Netrac PMM is robust, powerful, highly scalable network and service performance management system. It collects and analyzes performance data from multi-vendor and multi-technology networks, service probes, and external sources. Netrac PMM uses advanced technology to calculate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Quality Indicators (KQI) by leveraging Operational Measurement (OM) from different sources to meaningful information to provide a clear insight into network and service behavior.
Netrac PMM correlates, unifies, and aggregates Operational Measurements (OM) from multiple sources to create KPIs and KQIs to evaluate network and service performance metrics that accurately reflect the true health of the network. It supports special period calculations based on ITU-T recommendations. Netrac PMM is flexible and supports quick deployment of new types of technologies and new revisions network equipment.
