Be the primary point of contact between TTI Telecom and its existing accounts in a region, maintaining customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue within those accounts through the sales of additional products and services to existing customers and promoting  efficient and profitable deliveries
Responsibilities include: develop the day-to-day relationship with the account interfacing with all levels including senior level, understand and articulate the account’s business, including their systems and operational procedures, their overall priorities and objectives, identify revenue opportunities within the accounts, negotiate and maintain contracts of software products and professional service sales with the account.
