Correlation Scenarios Implementation is targeted for experienced IT/Implementation Engineers who are required to design and implement topology-based correlation scenarios using Correlator TRS, covering all the relevant aspects of the implementation.

    Course graduates will be able to design and implement topology-based correlation scenarios, to identify the root causes of network failures in a multi-vendor, multi-domain and multi-technology environment, and significantly reduce the volume of monitored alarms.

    Course Outline:

    • Review Netrac alarms generation process & characteristics.
    • Introduce Netrac correlation solution.
    • Introduce Correlator TRS architecture and correlation engine.
    • Design a Correlator TRS correlation scenario.
    • Create the topology table for Correlator TRS.
    • Implement a topology-based Correlator TRS correlation scenario.
    • Configure and fine-tune Correlator TRS engine.
    • Audit and troubleshoot Correlator TRS.
